Sharing Meetings
Support for those who have lost a loved one to homicide.

These monthly meetings are held from September to June for family members and friends who have lost a loved one to homicide.  With the exception of Tuesday, September 7th (in lieu of the labour-day holiday); meetings are held on the first Monday of each month.  These sessions are offered free of charge.  Light refreshments are provided.

At each meeting some time is spent focusing on a specific topic with our grief therapist, Cheryl Matthews, who will also assist participants in sharing their own stories of grief and loss in a safe, confidential environment. Being able to share with others on the same road of grief can have a healing effect and provide much needed peer support.

Sharing Meetings will be held at the MOVA Offices, Suite 20 - 226 Osborne Street, N.
(There is free parking on Osborne street in front of the building)
